Do not keep your mobile phone under the pillow or very close to your body while sleeping, as electromagnetic radiation can disturb your rest and health.
3. Minimize Negative Energy by Closing South and West Windows
To block negative energy, it's recommended to keep windows in the South (Dakshin Disha) and West (Paschim Disha) directions closed for most of the time.
4. Avoid Mirrors on the South or South-West Wall

8. Avoid Sleeping with Your Head Towards the North
Never sleep with your head facing North (Uttar Disha), as it can cause sleepless nights and restlessness. Opt for the South or East direction for better sleep quality.
9. Use Roseate Aurex for a Serene Sleep Environment
If your bed is placed in an unfavorable direction (like ESE, WNW, or SSW) consider installing Roseate Aurex under the mattress. Place it under the head, chest, and feet levels (both sides) for a balanced energy flow. For a double bed, you can place 6 Roseate Aurex or install them just under both pillows.
