Vastu Tips for Under-Construction Properties
Storage of Bricks, Cement etc.
During the construction stage, do not place marble, bricks, wooden planks, junk, iron beams / rods at the Eshanya Kona (North-East zone), Poorav disha (East zone), Uttar disha (North zone) and the Brahmasthan (central zone) of main plot / property.
Keep all bricks, marble, sand, cement at the Prithvi Tatva (South-West zone) of the plot / property.
Ensure that the ground level and roof level of the South-West, South and West zone is higher than the North-East, East and North zone.
Energize the Columns / Footings / Property
Vastu Doshas and Geopathic Stress within the plot of land could affect the inhabitants. We suggest to install Divine Oorja Cube during the casting of the columns (pillars), along-with the concrete mixture RMC. Ideally install at the footing / basement level. Mystical benefits: Divine Oorja Cube helps for activation and energizing the property and helps to clear the Geopathic Stress which could be affecting the structure.
Install Vastu Remedy Products below the Flooring or within the Wall.
We suggest to install Vastu Energizer or Sthaan Pavitram below the flooring tiles / marble. Install the Vastu Energizer at either of the following zones (i) below the ‘Tijori’ (vault). (ii) at the 4 corners of the bedrooms (iii) in the 4 corners of the cabins (iv) in the 13 directions of the property N, NNE, NE, E, SE, S, SW, WSW, W, NW, NNW (v) in the Brahmasthaan (center of the property). Mystical benefits: helps for Oorja (Energy) level correction and Supreme Energy Level Enhancement of the property.
Ideally, we suggest to install Power Grid Stick above the Main Door Frame. Mystical Benefits: Power Grid Stick is a copper pipe filled with potent ingredients which helps to create a powerful energy field (grid) within the property and minimizes the negative vibes. It is strongly recommended to install the Power Grid Stick in case the Main Door of your property is on the East South-East, South-East, South zone.
Plot and construction
(Extra Thick Metal Strip Patti) If the plot of land or the construction (building line) is irregular shaped (ie with an extension or a cut corner), then it is considered as a Vastu Dosha. In-order to rectify the Vastu Dosha of irregular shaped plot, we suggest to install Vastu Boundary Energy Cylinder (at every 3 meter distance) beneath the ground level (along-with an Extra Thick Metal Strip Patti to virtually divide the plot.
Brahmasthaan (Center): In order to further energize the property we suggest to place the Brahmasthaan Plus above the false ceiling or fix it under the flooring.
