Vastu Tips for Under-Construction Properties

Storage of Bricks, Cement etc.

During the construction stage, do not place marble, bricks, wooden planks, junk, iron beams / rods at the Eshanya Kona (North-East zone), Poorav disha (East zone), Uttar disha (North zone) and the Brahmasthan (central zone) of main plot / property.

Keep all bricks, marble, sand, cement at the Prithvi Tatva (South-West zone) of the plot / property.

Ensure that the ground level and roof level of the South-West, South and West zone is higher than the North-East, East and North zone.

Energize the Columns / Footings / Property

Vastu Doshas and Geopathic Stress within the plot of land could affect the inhabitants. We suggest to install Divine Oorja Cube during the casting of the columns (pillars), along-with the concrete mixture RMC. Ideally install at the footing / basement level. Plot and construction

(Extra Thick Metal Strip Patti) If the plot of land or the construction (building line) is irregular shaped (ie with an extension or a cut corner), then it is considered as a Vastu Dosha. In-order to rectify the Vastu Dosha of irregular shaped plot, we suggest to install Vastu Boundary Energy Cylinder (at every 3 meter distance) beneath the ground level (along-with an Extra Thick Metal Strip Patti to virtually divide the plot.

Brahmasthaan (Center): In order to further energize the property we suggest to place the Brahmasthaan Plus above the false ceiling or fix it under the flooring.
